Premium grade janitorial and washroom area disinfectant effective in controlling a wide range of bacteria and fungi. High quality pine oil boosts product’s antimicrobial performance and leaves pleasant lingering aroma. Septic tank safe, when used as directed.

Directions: General Microbial Control of Floors & Hard Surfaces: Use at a ratio of 1:80 (1.25% solution, 12.5mls per litre) with potable warm or cold water. Periodic Disinfection: Use at a ratio of 1:40 (2.5% solution, 25mls per litre) with potable warm or cold water. Thorough Microbial Control & Contaminated Areas: Use at a ratio of 1:20 (5% solution, 50mls per litre). Brush, wipe or wet mop areas.

Good Practice: Under Good Practice Protocol diluted solution of this product as stated provides general biostasis using internationally recognised antibacterial agents with a recommended minimum contact time of 10 minutes. At 1% concentration this product provides 100PPM QAC.
