Powerful, low-foam, alkaline, chlorinated cleaning agent. Ideal for use in CIP, closed-loop cooking systems, vats, pipelines and processing equipment.
Directions: CIP Cleaning: Dilute CIP 247 at 1:200 (0.5% solution, 5ml per litre) depending on soiling type, at 60 - 70°C, and circulate through vessels and piping systems for between 15 - 60 minutes depending on soiling type. Always finish CIP cleaning with a thorough flush, and pH test discharge water to ensure pH is the same as supply water source. Hard Surface Cleaning: Dilute at 1:100 - 1:20 (1 - 5% solution, 10 - 50ml per litre).
