Premium non-chlorinated, low-foaming liquid alkaline CIP detergent used for cleaning heavy soiling of processing vessels and equipment in Processed Food and Beverage plants through CIP applications. Contains advanced surfactants and anti scaling technology to help safe guard stainless steel vessels from mineral scale build up.
Directions: CIP Cleaning: Dilute PROTON CIP between 1:200 - 1:50 (0.5 - 2% solution,5 - 20ml per litre) depending on soiling type, at between 60 - 70°C, and circulate. Always finish CIP cleaning with a thorough flush, and pH test discharge water to ensure pH is the same as supply water source. Hard Surface Cleaning: Dilute between 1:100 - 1:20 (1 - 5% solution, 10 - 50ml per litre).
