Kemsol Oil Clean WB Water Based Cleaner & Degreaser

Formulated as an environmentally safe alternative to hydrocarbon solvent based and non-biodegradable water based cleaning systems. Effective on oils, grease and other hard surface soiling. Solids are suspended until flushed into holding tanks, separator pits or settling ponds where separation occurs to form distinct water and oil layers allowing easy removal of unwanted contamination from discharge water.

Directions: Spot Cleaning: Use undiluted on oil and grease spots. Scrub affected areas as required and rinse with water. Full Floor Coverage: Use at a ratio of 1:20 - 1:10 (5 - 10% solution, 50 - 100ml per litre) with potable cold water. Sweep or brush area prior to hosing off. Water Blaster: Use a 1:20 ratio (5% solution, 50ml per litre) applied at low pressure and remove by blasting off at high pressure. Plant & Machinery: Use at a ratio best determined for the job at a ratio between 1:10 - 1:4 (10 - 20% solution, 100 - 200ml per litre) and rinse off. Manual Hand Cleaning of Parts: Use at a ratio of 1:3 - 1:1 (25 - 50% solution, 250 - 500ml per litre). Rinse with water.
