Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day.

Delivery timeframes:

• South Island: 1–3 business days
  
• North Island: 2–5 business days
  
• Rural areas: please allow extra time
  

Freight is calculated at checkout.

Some products can’t be shipped by courier — including dangerous goods — and must be sent via transport, which can result in higher freight costs. Unfortunately, these rates are set by the carriers and are beyond our control.

Bulky items aren’t available for purchase online by the general public.
